May I Have the Envelope, Please …
Saturday, January 26, was a festive night for advertising professionals and guests.
It was the annual ADDY Awards, an area-wide competition to honor creative advertising, sponsored by the American Advertising Federation – Topeka. Dubbed “Ad-In,” the evening was styled after the famous “Laugh-In” variety show of the late 60s and early 70s.
Dinner, dancing and a pair of hosts who bantered through Rowan & Martin style comedy provided entertainment. The competition was tough, and the jhP team was among the evening’s most-honored firms.
